In collaboration with Riverside Manor’s exceptional therapy team, our comprehensive restorative nursing program focuses on key factors of strength, endurance and independence. Meals are prepared by scratch with fresh ingredients and locally-inspired recipes to refuel the body, mind and spirit. Our life enrichment offerings are vibrant, creative and tailored to capture the unique interests of each individual. Family members and guests are always welcomed to join in on the fun! Follow the sounds of laughter, music and joy…jump right in! You may also enjoy our indoor and outdoor gathering areas and grounds for your personal enjoyment.

Our staff within Meadows Extended Stay Program represent individuals that are specially trained in understanding, treating and managing the symptoms of chronic conditions. They represent some of our most long-term staff with a rich history of lives they have touched and impacted throughout their stays at Riverside Manor. Within a very brief period of time, you will understand and experience why they are referred to as “family”.

Our team is also dedicated to offering respite stay options with no minimum say requirement for caregiver breaks as well as collaborative arrangements with area hospice and palliative care agencies for additional specialized care. On-site services such as beauty and barber, podiatry, dental care, optometry, audiology, counseling and chaplaincy support are available.

No matter what level of care is right for your needs at the time of move-in, we encourage you to personalize your surroundings so that it makes you feel “at home”. Our team is available to assist you in arranging small furniture, decor and hanging pictures. Our spacious rooms are cable-ready and many of them are equipped with televisions. In addition, there are emergency response systems within all rooms and bathrooms as well as temperature controls for optimal safety and convenience.

We welcome the opportunity for you to visit, meet our team and discover friends you didn’t realize were part of our Riverside “family”. We can arrange personal visits at times that are convenient for you, including weekends and evenings. We can arrange times to provide virtual visits for long-distance family members to take feel involved and included within the decision making process.
