Nestled in the beautiful Tuscarawas Valley, and surrounded by some of Ohio’s leading historical sites, Riverside Apartments provides a warm, active, and engaging residential community for seniors and aging adults who are looking to transition out of their own, independent homes. We ensure that our residents are still able to enjoy the feeling of ownership over their spaces and surroundings, without the added stress of repair costs, maintenance, property taxes, and all the other constant work that goes into owning and maintaining a home.
Our one- and two-bedroom apartments come complete, with a full kitchen, walk-in shower, private balcony or patio, storage unit, and personal parking for your vehicle. Pets are also welcome!

Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis and washes/dryers are available at no cost. Riverside Apartments feature comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering areas, walking paths and complimentary access to our rehab gym. Residents are welcome and encouraged to participate in all Riverside Manor events, educational offerings, celebrations and gatherings. In addition, we welcome your involvement as a valued volunteer.
